30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Starting a return

Contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide the applicable return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Aerensa does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
